[YouTube] MLB - The MOST NOTABLE strikeouts in Clayton Kershaw’s career! (From 1st K to 3,000!)
My favorite Dodger of all time, Clayton Kershaw, just threw his three thousandth strikeout on Wednesday, July 2. Becoming only the 20th person in MLB history to hit 3K, Kershaw further cemented his Hall of Fame legacy.
This video brought back so many wonderful memories of watching Kershaw’s patented curveball make grown men look like little leaguers.
[Movie] Sorry, Baby
Despite this movie garnering an impressive score of 88 on Metacritic, it largely slipped my radar.
That is until I listened to this entertaining interview with the writer, director, and star of the film, Eva Victor. She seemed really authentic during the interview, and I got the sense that I would probably like her breakout film.
Turns out I was right! Sorry, Baby really surprised me with its endearing combination of emotional drama and comedy. I could not tell you how a movie that addresses such a difficult subject matter could also make me laugh out loud, but I guess that’s why it won the screenwriting award at Sundance.
[Deal] Get a $250 Amazon Gift Card When Approved for the Amazon Prime Visa Credit Card Before July 14
For anyone who has a Prime membership and shops regularly with Amazon and/or Whole Foods, I definitely suggest getting the Prime Visa card.
Now is the best time to do it, because you get an automatic $250 gift card when signing up — no minimum spend required. I’ve only seen the sign up bonus go as high as $100, so this is a great deal.
In addition to the $250, this card also earns 5% back on Amazon, Whole Foods, and Chase Travel; 2% back on Gas, Restaurants, and Transit; and 1% back on everything else. For a card with a $0 annual fee, that is hard to beat.
That wraps up this edition of Tom’s Top 3 Tuesdays. If you made it to this point, please drop a 1️⃣, 2️⃣, or 3️⃣ in the comments to let me know what you found most interesting/useful. And as always, please like and consider sharing with a friend who you think would enjoy! I’ll be back next week. ✌️
Can't comment on the Dodgers enthusiasm, but this was the final push to sign up for this credit card! Throw your referral code in for next time!
2! Sorry, Baby is in my Top 3 movies for the year so far!
