Hi everyone! Welcome to this week’s installment of Tom’s Top 3 Tuesdays, where I highlight three pieces of content (Podcasts/Shows/Songs/Articles/etc.) that I found interesting or noteworthy from the prior week.
Please share this with as many people as you can!!! Whoever you think might find this newsletter informative, entertaining, funny, idc—just drop them a link. I would love to grow its reach, so I greatly appreciate the support!
[Podcast] Ringer Movies - Star Wars: A New Hope | The Rewatchables
This one is a long slog, but if you love Star Wars, it’s a great watch.
These are probably my four favorite Ringer personalities, and their combination is so funny. They all bring different aspects of movie fandom to the table, whether it be film appreciation, Star Wars lore, or pop culture impact.
[Docuseries] HBO - 100 Foot Wave
Season 3 just came out, and it’s a banger.
The third and fourth episodes were some of my favorite episodes of the whole show, about Cortes Bank and The Eddie Aikau Invitational, respectively.
It’s incredibly scary and incredibly inspiring all at the same time.
[YouTube] Good Morning America - New guidance to spot and escape a rip current
Keeping in theme, this video on water safety is important as we head into the thick of summer.
Key points: remain calm, float with the current, swim perpendicular to the current, and swim in front of lifeguards.
That wraps up this edition of Tom’s Top 3 Tuesdays. If you made it to this point, please drop a 1️⃣, 2️⃣, or 3️⃣ in the comments to let me know what you found most interesting/useful. And as always, please like and consider sharing with a friend who you think would enjoy! I’ll be back next week. ✌️
