[YouTube Playlist] Grakniir - Ollie and Archimedes in Order
I am totally new to the Very Important People show. I don’t know how it slipped my radar for this long. After now devouring hours of clips, I think it is one of the funniest things on the internet.
The concept is this: comedian Vic Michaelis hosts a talk show where the guests (usually other comedians) are put in hilarious costumes and have to create a character on the spot and go through an improvised interview.
This particular episode got me. The full episode isn’t available on YouTube yet, but some fella named Grakniir put together a compilation playlist of the clips in order. Brennan Lee Mulligan absolutely steals the show. If you need a good laugh, check Very Important People out.
[Podcast] The Rewatchables - ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’ With Bill Simmons, Steven Spielberg, and Sean Fennessey
Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day is about to hit theaters this week. Hearing my favorite director speak like a fanboy about one of the most influential movies of all time is an absolute treat.

It is worth the 2.25 hours, if even just to hear the anecdotes about Spielberg’s personal interactions with Stanley Kubrick.
[Teaser] 20th Century Studios - Whalefall
I’ve heard a lot of buzz about this movie, and the teaser just dropped today.
Logline: man gets eaten by whale.
Sounds scary, looks scary. I’m intrigued.
See you in October.
If you made it to this point, drop a comment to say hi. And as always, please like and consider sharing with a friend who you think would enjoy! I’ll be back next week. ✌️
