Hi everyone! Welcome to this week’s installment of Tom’s Top 3 Tuesdays, where I highlight three pieces of content (Podcasts/Shows/Songs/Articles/etc.) that I found interesting or noteworthy from the prior week.

This week I have three things that I recently bought. As a neanderthal man-boy with disposable income, I am of the mindset that the entirety of November through December is “treat yo self” vibes. Maybe you don’t like my three suggestions, but at the very least I encourage you to get yourself something fun this holiday season, as a treat. You deserve it.
If you find this post ✨inspiring✨, or if you like the content I’m putting out, please share this post with a friend. All support is greatly appreciated. 🙏
[An Excuse for More Popcorn] AMC Stubs A-List Subscription
I love going to the movies. But I can probably count on one hand the number of times I’ve been to a theater this year.
Part of that is due to convenience, sure. But also it’s economic. Going to the movies just costs so much these days. Throw in a popcorn and an ICEE, and watch your savings disappear faster than you can say “Megalopolis.”
Given this, you might find it curious why I would choose to shell out $25 a month for a movie membership. In fact, I think it is quite prudent.
AMC A-List allows you to see up to three movies a week at no extra charge. This includes all theater types, like IMAX and Dolby Cinema. If you go to the movies, or want to go to the movies, at least twice a month, then you come out in the green.
I live walking distance from an AMC, so paying in advance encourages me to go to the movies more. Gotta get my money’s worth. There are other benefits to the subscription, which I’ll let you check out yourselves via the link.
[HUGE Credit Card Welcome Offer] The Hawaiian Airlines World Elite Mastercard
The application link above has a “Promo Code” button where if you type in a qualifying 6-digit code, you can get 70,000 HawaiianMiles after paying the $99 annual fee and making one purchase with the card in the first 90 days.

This is about as easy money as it gets. You can literally buy a stick of gum for $1 and get 70k miles. With the new merger between Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines, these miles can be transferred into Alaska miles at a 1:1 ratio.
That’s my plan. I fly with Alaska frequently, and Alaska miles are tough to come by. I signed up for the card (using the code 013012), and I will happily transfer my miles over to Alaska and likely cancel the credit card after a year.
[Best Nutrition Tracking App I’ve Used] MacroFactor
I’ve been an on-and-off user of MyFitnessPal for years now. While MFP is probably the most popular macro tracker, I’m not a fan of the user interface. I found it difficult to stick with the app, which is what nutrition is all about.
I tried out MacroFactor with a two week free trial, and I upgraded to the annual subscription. The app is super easy to use and also provides coaching to help you out with your nutrition plan.
Better yet, MacroFactor is actually cheaper ($72) than the MFP premium plan ($80).
That wraps up this edition of Tom’s Top 3 Tuesdays. If you made it to this point, please drop a 1️⃣, 2️⃣, or 3️⃣ in the comments to let me know what you found most interesting/useful. And as always, please like and consider sharing with a friend who you think would enjoy! I’ll be back next week. ✌️
